I am a full-spectrum doula who received certification from Doula Training International. I am trained to educate, assist and advocate for the birthing person through fertility, childbirth and the postpartum period.
As a certified full-spectrum doula, I will equip the birthing person with options and fact-based evidence regarding the process of reproduction, pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. I will support and hold space for the birthing person as they make decisions that feel best for their body and their baby.

This support is for the birthing person and their family as they settle into their first few months at home (the 4th trimester). The Joyous Rebirth becomes "the village" you were looking for. Postpartum Doula Support cares for the physical, emotional and mental well being of the birthing person by assisting in areas like nourishment, chores and so much more.

This support is for the birthing person who desires informational, physical and emotional support during pregnancy, labor and birth. Anywhere from the first trimester up until birth, the birthing person will be fully supported and held by all facets of doula care.

Not planning to have a doula present for your labor and birth experience? Doula Guidance Services support the birthing person who does not wish to hire a doula to attend their birth, but would like the unique guidance, knowledge and insight doulas offer during pregnancy and labor.
